Great lamp Nicole.

Here is a shabby one I found at a yard sale for a few dollars. It needed rewiring, but I really like it.

jodi.....I have a set of 3 of those, not exact.... I fondly refer to them as "texture" prints. Do you know if they are originals? or textures applied to canvas? I admit.....I got 24 pieces of artwork from a warehouse, used by decorators to stage model homes(when the homes sold, the artwork was no longer needed). I have very little information on most of the pieces.....other than the artists signature....

Bigack, I had to chuckle looking at the sheets on your sofa. I have one on mine too because my Pointer sheds all year long, and I quickly take it off when company's coming! lol. Here's a Pointer trinket box I bought from a fellow Gardenwebber.

One of the shelves in our living room wall unit. The old "Six Thousand Years of History" books were copyrighted in 1899, and belonged to my paternal grandfather. The small book (standing up) is a Webster's Dictionary from 1928, which belonged to an old family friend. The large Bible belonged to my beloved paternal grandmother. It is one of my most-prized possessions.

Three new photos I've added to our hallway. These I took three weeks ago in Alaska. I have several other photos I've taken on my travels hung in our hall as well. I've converted them to black and white, sent them out for professional printing and framed them.

jodi...what size are those 3 photos?

8 X 10 or 5 X 7s?

I did the same thing, but put them in separate frames...I like your idea better...and less nails in the wall too! LOL!

Nola Anne, the new Alaska photos (closest to the camera) are 5"x7"s in one frame. The other six (three on each side of the hall) are individual horizontal 8"x10"s like this...

Wow, tomatoes already! Mine are green, not on the ones I planted, there are none...but on one of my volunteer plants.
