What an amazing job and a beautiful bathroom! I love it! I read your comment about the hard water and we have it too. I squeegee every day and still have spots on the marble. My sister just told me that her hair stylist has a shower head that has a water softener in it and he loves it. Next time I'm in Home Depot I'm getting one. It is supposed to be on the aisle where the water softeners are and not the shower heads.

Yes you can have baseboard radiators and in-floor radiant. "Can they be in the same loop or zone?" That may not be the best way to plumb, as the radiators and in-floor will likely require different water temperatures (supply & return âÂÂT), flow rates and controls. Always use proper design and best practices for assured comfort and reliability, not easiest, quickest, cheapest hookup. Don't forget automatic air elimination and dirt separation. Proper placement of every component is crucial! Plan and document your mechanical room carefully with proper labeling, arrows indicating flow direction, supply & return and a DETAILED schematic that remains on-site and includes every component so that any technician coming on site can understand what they're looking at. It appears that the covers sit in place without being attached to the wall. I'm sure they are perfectly straight and square and any gaps between an out-of-square wall and floor would be highly visible. Another consideration is that conventional covers are smooth and rounded, whereas the retro covers have many nooks and crannies; a perfect place for dust to build up. And baseboard is a perfect dust recycler and collector.

On the overboards website which the link above goes to, you go to the oveboards assembler page and put in your length. I put in 120 inches and the price for one straight assembly was $930.00.
