ballard slipcover sofa vs pottery barn
Comments (1)Have you looked at Lee Industries? They make a slip-covered product called Coveralls. Their frames are 8-way hand-tied. An independent retailer in my city sells their line. I don't personally own their product, but have seen it and it looks nice. You can order swatches from their website. Comments (0)I'm so tired of sofa shopping and at this rate I won't have any family room furniture until Christmas! Saw a gorgeous room in one of the other forums which has me going back to considering PB. It's the look I want in the price range I can manage. I realize it's technically not the best bang for the buck, but it's exactly what I want. However the one thing I definitely need is stain resistence. With two small kids and a bunch of wine drinkers for frequent guests, there are bound to be some spills. Are any of the PB upholstery options up for that challenge? They all look like poly blends, but also such completely solid fabrics. Makes me nervous.... Thanks in advance for any advice....See MoreDo you like your sectional? Comments (0)I really like the look of the Pottery Barn Pearce Sectional but am concerned about quality. Anyone have either the sectional or the sofa and still happy with it? I have a couch with loose cushions, downfilled, and after a few years, the back cushions wrinkled and collapsed no matter how much fluffing, rotating etc. I also cannot decided on whether to get a couch/loveseat or a sectional. Comments (5)IMO if you want good quality leather furniture none of these companies would be my go to. I like Italian made leather furniture and Natuzzi has pieces in every price range and BTW IMO sectionals are the most expensive uncomfortable seating you can buy. Comfort in seating comes from having at least one armrest so a sectional gives you 2 people that have that. So save money and buy a sofa, in fact the nicest is a sofa and 2 chairs. I have owned good quailty Italian leather furniture all out married life so 50+ yrs and I have never regretted the price I paid otr the pieces I bought ....See Morewritersblock (9b/10a)
