I feel your pain...I live in Phoenix. Need I say more??? :)

I'm in Long Island New York. We were having a long cool winter, last weekend (Memorial Day) it was 37 one night, in the 40's and 50's during the day. Then suddenly it's too hot- 90 on Thursday and Friday the following week. Lucky my central AC is working properly.

I have my central on during the day, but turn it off when I go to bed and use my bedroom window unit for cooling the one room.

My back deck gets the afternoon sun and it's showing 95 outside.

Rain is coming this weekend, so it's humid.

Frost last weekend ...in the mid 90's for the last four days here and I HATE it. Can't walk the dogs, can't do anything and are in a drought while the rest of the country has floods. Have a bedroom unit in, but we are converting to gas furnace and central AC this week so sweating now. Bring on fall.

Rain is on its way.

Dark, very very humid.

It's hot today again in long island- gonna be 90 again, but then rain Sunday and Monday and it will drop back into the 70's. In the meantime, I'm staying indoors.
