From friend that DS worked Saturday nite.

-- The parents of the bride spared no expense! The house was lit up and the big white tent had become the dance floor w/ different colors lighting the area and a gigantic fountain that is permanent in front. Live band was entertaining all. It looked like a hotel! The house is built out of solid marble blocks and is more of a Mediterranean style not Italian.

Friend's son said it was a full finished out 4 floors with a basketball court in the basement, arcade, pool that falls over the side of the house and down below, not to mention it sits on the lake. Also, a gigantic movie theater that was like being somewhere better than our local theater.There was a full size preserved polar bear rug in one area that DS just couldn't get over so he took a picture w/ his phone because he didn't think anyone would believe him when he told how big it was. Incredible!! He said the ceilings in that house had to be 100 feet tall. He said where they had bars set up, they were so big that they never got crowded. He said the kitchen was so big that it is bigger than our whole carriage house. Also, he said the family that lives there were Jewish because they did the Jewish tradition stuff...forgot what they call it, and had their very own butler, someone else and 2 chefs that worked there full time. As DS talked about a mural on a wall that wall taller and bigger than anything he had ever seen, DH began to recall years ago when we would drive out there to look at my friends moms house being built. He remembered that that particular house was being built and because it attracted so many gaulkers that they posted a 24hr guard in front to keep people out. Anyway, it is definitely, even back years ago a 3-5 million dollar house...who knows what it would list for today! DS also said there were only 3 people living there and now that the daughter got married there will only be 2 people in that 17,000 sq ft home. That daddy spared no expense for his little girl. They had valet parking w/ the team of guys and a oversized golf cart. -------------------------------------------
