I do remember the bikes years ago with the long banana bike seats. They were all the rage many years ago..

I always knew the as Banana Splits. But I don't remember them being quite as large as you mention, so perhaps it was something different.

The old candy that I referred to were BANANA BIKES. As a child I wondered why they were called bikes. And back then they were really larger than a child's bite. Maybe the label printing company made a mistake and the name stuck for awhile.

Yes they were called Banana Bikes. Maybe after the banana bike seat!!! Lol. Not real sure. I just know I love the banana flavor.

LOL, I thought that it was a current post. I loved Banana Bikes when I was a kid.

I remember "Banana Beichs" or "Banana Beiches", as though it were the surname of the maker. I think somewhere on the wrapper were the words, "Say Banana Bikes. I was the only one I knew as a child who liked these.
