Am I the only person who saw tonight on the right side of a post on this Forum, an Advertisement for Ballys Las Vegas showing a very scantily clad showgirl?

I'm angry, what is THAT about? Why on earth is that here?

This advertising is basically SOFT CORE PORN & I'm not interested. This is a CRAFT, HOBBY & FINE ART SITE, not a sex/porn site.

If I wanted to look at scantily clad women, I could certainly do it w/out your help.

To be clear, I'm not a prude, am an aging hippie actually (about to turn 53): raised in the age of free-love, etc. but

this is simply not the place for this.

To be utterly sexist, this was an advertising decision made by a man -- I can't fathom any woman would be so toally insensitive & idiotic as to do this.

I ask & invite anybody who finds this advertising on here offensive &/or unacceptable to comment here & also complain / protest to the site people themselves.

To do so, scroll to the bottom of this spot & look for it: something like "Letters" or "Comments and Suggestions".

I've been on GW since Spring of 2001 & I say this is just beyond the pale!!!!!!!!!!!
