1. Open up a free account at photobucket or any other free photo sharing site
2. Upload your pics to your account
3. Copy the html code under your pic
4. Paste the code into the message on this forum
5. It'll initially look like code but when you SUBMIT the pic will appear.

We definitely need pics of your countertop, cabinets, and flooring too would help. Info on your style, likes, dislikes, will help as well.

Thanks Remodelfla, let me see if the picture work first then Here are the pictures I have one of my floor(and my dog), sink area and stove area. My cabinets are a red brich with a nutmeg finish, my granite is black pearl, my floor is a armstrong vinyle called stepping stone. I have brush nickle handles on the cabinets. I'm looking for something that will go great with my granite and easy to clean. I did like a backsplash in the form call Jodi's kicthen put when I got the sample I did not like the glass in it.

If I were to go with the slate I would put some amber glass in with it by pulling some of the slate out. When it comes to the slate I don't know wich one I like better it's the same color just different size 2X2 or a sub tile

I love red birch and we are considering it for our kitchen cabinets. The glass irridescant is really pretty and goes well with the slate and your Blue Pearl countertops. The only thing is I think I would use a larger format field tile (maybe a 3x6 subway in slate?) if I were using the 1x1 glass accent... it'll really make it stand out more and you won't be distracted by so many grout lines.

jodi's Jeffrey Court Fire and Ice is one of my favs.

I was think about just using either the glass irridescant 1x1 or doing a the subway tile in slate w/ a amber glass in spots. Simlar to Jodi's Jeffrey Court Fire & Ice. I love the picture of Jodi's kitchen. But when I got the sample of the fire & ice. The glass that is used is not not the same quality as a Oceanside glass which will not fit in place of the glass in fire & ice. So I need to change my place to a different backsplash. By the way my grantie is a black pearl not blue.

I personally favor simple backsplashes, but I think your kitchen could stand up to the extra personality that a busier backsplash gives. I like the Oceanside mosaic that you've chosen.
I love the Oceanside Glass tiles. Pricewise, how are they?

Thats the problem I feel the glass tile is expense if I do 1x1 its about $38.00 per sq foot and 2x2 is around $41.00. I need 30sq feet. Where the slate is around $11.00 per sq foot. But I do love the glass.
