LOOKING for: Ham overload recipes

I don't know what came over me. I usually buy a 2 to 3 pound smoked ham end at the farmer's market, which works for a couple of meals and some soup for us.

But I was in Wegman's this week and they had their house brand brown sugar cured hams on special for $1.49/lb. and I succumbed to buying the smallest one they had - 8 lbs.

So far, we've had sliced baked ham, ham and spinach timbales, and ham tetrazzini planned for tonight. I had potatoes fried with ham chunks for breakfast this morning. I'll be cutting the larger sections off the bone and making stock from it today to freeze for later.

I don't like to freeze meat, although I'll freeze a cooked dish like soup, so looking for some recipes or ideas to use up the balance.
