RECIPE: Jessy's Lime Chiptole sauce becomes Peach Chutney

Afer making the last batch of Jessy' sauce/marinade, I had a bit too much to put in the jar I was using as a gift. So, I had some bruised peaches from my peck, and a chutney was created. dh LOVES it and so does my workmate.

Take about 1/2 c of the sauce and boil some cubed, unpeeled peaches or nectarines in it until it's as thick as you like. I think I put about 2-3 peaches in that amount. Anyhow, this is mostly a tecnique using one recipe and one fresh item that is available now.

Canners, what would you do to process this should I make it in quantity some time??
