Oh my, I just love them all. I have been back looking at them several times. Love them all although I am partial to the ducks and the fish. They would fit in with my theme. What did you ask for and what are your plans for a finished product. Enjoy. Deanna

lol...my goal was to get all the blocks done for the rest of the year by the beginning of August. Instead, I've been working on finishing a row quilt round robin project that my guild sponsored. (Watch for a future post...I want you all to see the finished 6 projects!!!) Thanks to this string, I think I'll work on the August block today. THANKS for getting me back on track! In alphabetical order by forum name here are all the beautiful birthday blocks I received. As I opened each envelope I thought each block was lovely. Put them all together and all the blocks are gorgeous. Thank you very, very much. I dragged my board of insulation up to my sewing room just so I could get this picture. Now I have to get it covered.

I will have a helper as well. Kristene (TinyTeena) has agreed to be co-hostess working along with me for next year. The time frame will be about the same as last year so begin to look for information about signing up towards fall and the group lists will be prepared and e-mailed to you before the Christmas holidays are in full swing. That way you can work ahead and complete any January blocks for your group if you want to work ahead. Many people worked far ahead this year putting me to shame with my slow pace. LOL We will be looking for any suggestions on how to improve the group and I will be sending out an e-mail message to all the current members asking for input and telling you about some ideas Kristene and I have tossed around. We hope you will join in again next year and look forward to having some new participants, too. I have participated for 3 years now and it has been lots of fun!
