LOOKING for: Spring Pea Soup

I am lost in cyberspace looking at all the recipes for this. I have looked at Jamie Oliver, Emeril, Daniel Boulud, and Michael C-Napa Style. I think Michael's appeals to me most - but Jamie uses mint...hmmm

Interesting notes: Michael uses gray salt. I have sea salt. Is gray salt worth getting? He also uses Ascorbic acid to help keep the green color. Anyone do that?

Can anyone point me in the right direction or have their own version that is a hit?
