OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I can't believe it!!!! It's 9PM and this is the first time today I got a chance to check the computer...and when I read this message...I actually screamed...and my hubby came running, saying "what's wrong, what's wrong?" OMG!!!! I'm pinching myself....I NEVER NEVER win anything!!!!
I am SOOOOOO excited!!! Thanks to Red for starting this Lotto...and taking care of the business end..and to everyone who participated. I can't wait to see them all together, and see whose is whose.

I had her write down all the names on pieces of paper I explained to her why some names had 1 name slip and some had 3 name slips etc LOL I thought this would give her something to do since she loves to sit so much LOL...
so she asked were is my name I told her since I am hosting
I didn't think it would look right if I made blocks and just happened to win LOL.........she said OH well I guess
I see the logic in that ...then she said well what about me and I said what about you.....she said well if I help you all do this maybe they if I see a quilt block I like they could make extra 1 for me since I am doing all this work and you could make the quilt! I told her your FIRED LOL she said I am FIRED what do you mean I am fired!She said never mine I just thought I run that pass you LOL I still do it!

I just assumed you were a participant of the Lotto also! I don't see any problem with you making blocks and being in on the fun. There is honesty between quilters here...and I don't think ANYONE would think things were rigged if you would win. Having you know who do the drawing makes it a random draw...I think you should also be included!! It was your idea, you are doing all the work...why not be included in all the fun??? Our Lotto, our rules! Soooo....

THIS IS AN OFFICIAL VOTE FROM ME...to let Red be included in the Lotto..what say all of you?

Oh, and will post pictures when I get the blocks...can't wait to see them!!

And Red, I am in charge of my guilds "Block of the Month" and since I usually make at least two examples of each month's block, I put my name in the same as anyone else - and I think you can too!

I had asked Red earlier in the first sign up post if she was included. I certainly think that she should be included in the draw. Red puts a lot of work and time into the projects and she should have some fun with the drawing too. I'm made 3 blocks so do I get to vote 3 times? LOL!

LOL, Red: I had forgotten about You Know Who, so I read that first sentence as meaning YOU KNOW who it is that said, "Wow, this is a lot of work." When I got the real meaning, it was a very funny post.

By the way, have you read any of the Harry Potter books? You Know Who has a very interesting reference there (which you wouldn't want YOUR You Know Who to know!) tee hee

I say you should participate in the drawing too! I loved your story of how YKW thought we should all make her a block. LOL. And THEN you can make them into a quilt for her. TELL HER HER REWARD for her "efforts" is getting to be the center of attention!
