1. I don't have one myself, but I don't imagine there's any significant difference between the regular height and high arc models. I'd make sure that whichever model I chose has some way of locking the pull-out or pull-down part. One way to tell is to take a glance at the faucet display in Lowe's or Home Depot. I wouldn't buy half of those faucets because the spouts won't stay in place!

2. I like the idea of the touch technology, too, but I turn on my lever handles with the back of my hand all the time without problem. Like you said, it's just one more thing to go wrong. But this might be more of an issue with the single-handle variety.

3. You could easily go either way. I like the brushed nickel/stainless look myself and think it's less likely to become dated than the ORB. If you like your hardware and wouldn't change it if you did more extensive remodeling, though, an ORB faucet would look fine.

Just read this week that they are replacing no touch faucets in hospitals because they actually have MORE germs than the other faucets. I think they said because the no touch feature doesn't work perfectly every time, folks with germy hands touch them more often, and in more places than traditional faucets, defeating the purpose.

I originally had the delta touch in my plan b/c touchless was important to me. Decided it didn't go and went for a tapmaster to get the same funtionality w/ any faucet I wanted. I'm very excited about getting that installed- I got the euro one so it is just the small lever. And no germs since it's foot not hand activated :)

Just be careful with high arc- if spout ends high it tends to splash (my mom's does). We had a high arc with a lower spout in our old kitchen- no splash issues. New kitchen, no high arc, just deeper, larger sink.
I have a SS oven, chrome finish faucet, ORB hardware all on same wall. Doesn't bother me.

Thanks for all the feedback! I probably won't go for the delta touch. I guess I do the back of the hand on the lever thing anyway and figure it is just one other thing that can go wrong. I also decided not to go with a high arc. In my kitchen I think the faucet is better off blending in more than being a "star". And likewise, I think it will blend in better matching my stainless steel appliances vs. the oil rubbed bronze cabinet hardware. So, I'll spend my money on the features that I really want like the spray and pullout spouts!
