Cantilever Coping - Single or Double Pour?

Good Morning,

I am in the process of comparing quotes for decking over my vinyl lined pool with steel walls. The two quotes vary in application of the cantilever coping. One does a single pour of colored concrete with the deck, stamps a pattern on the coping then hand cuts a design to look like flagstone. Seals the coping, brushed deck finish for rest with diagonal cuts for a simple design.

Here is a link thats close to what I am talking about.

The other company does not do a single pour rather they prepare a footing, pour the cantilever coping, stamp it, come back with hand cuts, and drill and pin it so that it will connect to the decking pour.

Here's my question...do any of the pool builders here have an opinion on single vs double pour for this type of application. Pricing is relatively equal but each company says their way is better.

Hard to choose...need an impartial opinion.

Thanks,

Mitch
