Caroline..Welcome. What nice things you 'brought' with you here!! lol. I just love your bells, stockings, wall hangings and throws...just about everything. I agree, those scotties are adorable in pink. WOW!! you are one busy GMa. I'm sure they will treasure all of it. I can appreciate all the hard work that went into them. I used to do quilting, some pillows, Christmas stockings, and a small quilt yrs ago. I was on a House Tour last yr, around Christmas, and in one of the homes, the woman had a 'Quilting Machine' in her Hobby Room!! It was computerized, and she had about a dozen quilts hanging on the wall. She said she didn't make them to sell, and that it was just for fun. I thought that was a VERY expensive hobby!! Thanks for posting the pictures. It looks great! I saw this pattern in the magazine (can't remember which one now) and thought it would be perfect for those 9-patch and 4-patch blocks I made doing the "leaders and enders" routine from the Quiltville website. Thanks for the input. I chose not to use printed fabric as I didn't want to use those in the charm top twice and couldn't come up with enough different ones for a boarder. Would have liked to but decided instead to do a simple plain 2" navy blue, 1/2" burnt orange strip with another 2" navy blue. I am posting a pic of the top tonight if I can get it loaded on photobucket. Jayne
