Anyone with Experience/Opinions about Coswick Hardwoods?
Comments (0)I am looking at the Coswick prefinished quartersawn white oak products (thanks to Sippimom's suggestion!). I really like the looks of them. Sippimom seems to have had a great experience. I was wondering if anyone else has installed them or has any info on quality etc.? They really only have one distributor in the US (on the East Coast), so I would have to order the product directly from Coswick. It makes me a little nervous that they don't have many dealers. Anyone have info/thoughts on this? Thank you....See MoreTicor S710 Prep Sink...Anyone have one???
Comments (7)Thanks alku05- I like the look of the s905 and as soonermagic pointed out, anything will fit in it, well almost. I will use if strictly for prep purposes, so I think it will be fine. soonermagic- I love your prep faucet. What brand is it?? and did you get it online? nanapeg- Yes, I agree about the helping each other. We had a cancer diagnosis come up in the middle of our planned remodel, and I don't know what I would do without the information I have gleaned from this group. Again, thanks to everyone. twoyur- You have just helped to put me over the edge (in a good way!!!!). Am still not finished with decisions by a longshot, since we have to fast track this. It is reassuring however, to be able to ask questions and get valid and knowledgable answers....See MoreDawn sink - anyone have one or know anything about them?
Comments (6)tansy: when I purchased the sink, the ebay seller did NOT specifically state that the sink was Dawn, but it's ?engraved? onto the sink (on the wall part, under the faucet) in big (?2inches) letters. Now that I remember, I think it was 16gauge on the rim and 18gauge for the sink. Aussie: If someone had warned me about the drainage problem, I would still have gotten the sink, but definitely TEST the drainage thing BEFORE installation (or ASAP so that if it doesn't drain well, I can still return/exchange it. Other than that, I was very happy w/ it. It's a great deal. I would probably get it again (but test/check it asap instead of waiting 3months until the sink was installed under the granite) if I weren't getting a custom one stamped out of the stainless steel countertop....See MoreElkay e-granite sink - anyone have one?
Comments (2)I really wanted an Elkay quartzite sink with the integrated recessed draining shelf for my island. I liked the model #ELQTU342210. After talking it over with my GC/cabinet maker this morning, we decided I really didn't have enough room for it. I went with a Blanco Precis model 440141 and just hung up from ordering on the phone through a very nice gentleman at Homeclick.com. Their price was around the same as Overstockdeals.com and I'd read several people on here have good experiences with them. I've seen the Elkay sinks in a plumbing store beside the Sigranit Blanco and they look very much the same. I also watched the YouTube videos on them and have an Elkay plumber's supply catalogue. If you are looking for that kind of sink, I don't think you can go wrong with an Elkay. Good luck!...See Morechefkev
