Has anyone here dealt with Overstock? I am looking at some porch cushions, but have never used them?

Yes, I have used them often. I find them satisfactory or better.

I've bought a lot of stuff from Overstock over the years, most recently just last month. Useful consumer reviews, low shipping, and if you check RetailMeNot.com first, you might get a discount coupon.

We, too, are building with a lighting allowance. We, too, got lots of catalogs from our builder, but I found 90% of our lights online. Coincidentally, I bought a chandelier for my daughter's room on overstock. Shipping was very quick, no issues, and although it is not installed yet, I love it! I have also ordered from bathkitchendecor.com (slow but least expensive), lnt.com (linens n things - quick), csnlighting.com (lightning fast - one day), lampsplus.com (tbd), and lightinguniverse.com (tbd). It's great to have so much variety, but so much variety leads to too many choices. Lots of hours of looking, but all fun! Good luck!

The brand name items are the same item, and yes, the savings can be that great. Overstock got the stuff from a manufacturer that had returns or unordered merchandise, or a large retailer that wanted to clear out stuff from a warehouse because it wasn't selling fast enough.

I've purchased a number of things there, and always satisfied. Last week, I ordered knobs for my father's new kitchen cabinets--a couple of days later, I received an e-mail from them, advising me that they were no longer in stock. They apologized and gave me a $5 credit on the new knobs he selected. That's good service, IMO.

I've gotton down pillow covers & a king duvet cover & shams. LOVE them! Loved the quality! The shipping is almost free. Great reviews!
