I put them in both bathrooms. I like always having the sponge ready to wipe the counters, but not getting anything else "yucky".

Love my bathroom tipouts we keep our toothpaste and toothbrushes in ours.

I have double sinks in our remodeled master bath, and we put a tip-out tray in front of each sink. DH keeps a sponge in his, and I keep tiny stuff in mine, like those little interdental brushes, a dentist's mirror to look inside my mouth, and other tooth-brushing related things, other than my daily toothbrush and toothpaste which are stored elsewhere. I don't go to my tip-out every day, but I'm not sorry I had them installed. I'm having tip-outs installed in my new kitchen sink bases, too.

If they are costing you an arm and a leg, maybe you shouldn't get them. But my bathroom cabinet vendor "threw them in" to sweeten the purchasing deal.

BTW, some people have complained that tip-outs are hard to keep clean. Mine are metal, but I still lined them with aluminum foil and a bit of folded paper toweling. If those get scuzzy, I can just replace them, and the tip-out will stay like new.

Do you have door pulls on your tip-out tray panels or are your panels unadorned?

I have a drawer pull centered on the front of each tip-out panel; my bathroom sink bases are 21" wide so one pull seemed sufficient. If you have a very wide tip-out panel you might want to double up with a pull or knob near each end.

I have them in every bathroom cabinet, and have a pull for each. Mine are stainless and I plan on lining them as noted above. I like the idea of having some of those unsightly items (toothbrushes etc) off the counter in each bathroom.

I'm even putting one in my powder room for DD's "hair thingies" and hair brush as that's where I do her hair every morning before school. But I was also thinking that would be a great spot for bandaids. Something we go through as fast as we go through milk and bread in my house (2 skateboarding boys, one not so graceful girl, and a clutzy husband!).

I have one in each of my bathrooms, too. Love them! I keep a sponge for quick sink and counter clean ups and a nail brush (we like to garden) in ours.

We have tip outs in our bathrooms. In the master, we store toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant and electric razor, plus a few other odds and ends. They were a complete waste in the girls bathroom as is every other storage device since EVERYTHING lives on the counters at all times.

My hubby created them in both bathrooms for the three sinks and then he did it in the kitchen for that sink.

I love having them because I put my toothpaste, topothbrush and deodorant in the ones in the bathroom. I have the plastic scrubbies and other items like that in the large one (with two trays) at the kitchen sink.

This is a very helpful item and I have had no problem keeping them clean. I have plastic inserts and it has been a breeze to keep nice.
