Neither the rap singer nor Kellie Pickler were very good either IMO.

I know Lydia, they were both pretty awful. I don't know why they put some of the people on there that they do.

I agree - think that it was Scott's turn to go. He DID do better tonight than he did last night, however. Thought that Kellie Pickler's song was screechy and didn't care for the rapper, either. I'm gettin' to be such an old fogey!! LOL

A rapper on American Idol somehow...just seems freaky. I've never heard of Kellie Pickler and don't remember her on A.I. But, I not one to be interested in Country Music.

Kelly just about ruined the opening Group Number. Her notes were off and screechy.

I think it might be down to Danny, Adam and Kelly. Of course I just don't see how Adam cannot win. But, I must add, I don't think it is fair that he is on there, since he has been on Broadway.

Remember last year there were 2 contestants (Michael Johns and Carly Smithson) who both had had prior record deals... but neither of them made it too far in the competition. Then there was David Archuleta who had won "Star Search" and ended up in the top 2. Adam may be on broadway, but I think it's still fair that he's in the competition. Having sang on broadway may even hurt some singers since AI is not looking for that 'type' of singer. It doesn't seem to be hurting Adam though because he is very creative and 'current'.

I think the judges were right in not using their save. I'll bet they are saving it for Allison.
