Rosewitch, England was definitely one of my favorite places I have ever visited. My folks took me there when I was 14, and I remember bits and pieces the Crown jewels, walking amongst the Stonehenge stones (roped off now, vandalism), Stratford upon Avon. Time for me to take my own 14YO. Im trying to think how I can get over there for a whole summer, LOL. Dlynn, I could have worked so much more. I didnt really look at night time stuff and there was loads to do. Greece: cant help you, but shoot Yasou a line, she went a few years ago. LOL Annie! Teresa, well go together. Fran, thanks so much for the first installment of your Antarctic trip report. The next time I go to Antarctica (and I surely hope there is a next time), I hope to go on an ice breaker. Would love to know the name of your antarctic specialists and lecturists. I can't image crossing the Drake Passage in something smaller than the ship I sailed on which held 800 even though there were only 400 on board for Antarctica. Glad you had the chance to see a bit of Ushuaia. I found the town quite interesting. Did you visit the prison/museum and go up to the glacier? Jodi-

We were there in Feb. two years ago, just for a day. We were on a cruise and Key West was our first stop and it was great. We loved it, the weather was great and just a beautiful place.

Just an update to thank you for all the recommendations and tips, I think we did them all! Santiagos was hands down the best place we ate. It was just DH and I and we tried 5 tapas, each one was great. I wish we had a bigger group so we could have tried more items off the menu! We ate breakfast twice at Blue Heaven, once on our own, and then once so our friends could go. I am not a fan of breakfast, so it was good, but not great to me, but I don't think I took advantage of their specialties. The atmosphere is great and super fun. The first day we went around 11 and there was live entertainment and a psychic. I had the filet bolognese at NIne One Five and it was delicious, The butterfly conservatory was great too - very small, but interesting. The birds were beautiful. I did two food tours while I was there:) And from those I can recommend the Key Lime Pie at Old Time Bakery, and the Cuban Food at El Siboney. Both of my food tour guides said once peak season hits the restaurants are packed, so if you're going in March, I'd recommend making reservations well in advance if there are certain places you're looking forward to.
