I missed DWTS. I forgot about it being on tonight and didn't set my DVR.

Some of the performances were spectacular!!! You missed a good night of dancing.

Juliet and Chuck were great! Boy, did he move tonight!
Cheryl and Giles....absolute perfection!
Mark and Shawn...flawless!

I did watch. Kate was so sure she was gone, all I could think was she was told ahead of time, or she is reading the blogs and knows many have turned against her. She was such a GRUMP through the entire show. When Shannon got the boot Kate was so elated, but we did not get to see her scene because they cut the lights on her. I was soooo glad the world didn't have to watch and Kate didn't get the line light! Her staying proves it is very much a popularity deal and the judges are just for show. Kate does have a following. Some poor schmucks actually believe her act. At this point the loudest thing everyone could do is stop watching the show. Walk away!!

Well, in defense of Kate ( we only see what the camera wants us to see, and I I wasn't impressed with her marriage that I did see.) She is working and earning a darn good salary. She is a single Mother, I can't fault her for working when I did the same. I didn't have a nanny, but my kids spent all days at the baby-sitter from early morning to dinner. I ended up seeing them enough to feed them and put them to bed. They have a higher life style than I did, and it takes money to pay for that. If the opportunity to have a beautiful home and private schools for my kids as well as the trips etc, I would have jumped at it too. Jon's has shown himself to be a real dirt bag. He doesn't work, has no income and pays no child support. His nasty lifestyle certainly wouldn't be good for the kids. Sad but true, those kids have been money to both parents. Jon certainly can't judge her and I don't think any judge would hand them over to him.

I love this show! I dont know who Cloris is but I'm tired of her already. I give her credit for doing the show but she was overbearing and it turned not so funny real quick. I can't imagine she'll last long. I had to fast forward through her dance, it was painful to watch! I feel sorry for her partner though, who by the way is a twin to his son, Mark. They even sound the same when they talk. My favorites so far are Brooke Burke (gosh she looks good for having 4 kids, one just 6 months ago - and she moves really well), Lance Bass (love Lacey, I watched her on "so you think you can dance", and love that she's more edgy than the other pros) and Rocco. His dance last night impressed me. Maurice and the football player (forgot his name) make me laugh and they do really good for how big they are. I've never been a Susan Lucci fan. And, she is way too skinny and with her big hair, she looks like she's top heavy!

It seems like this show seem to fill up so much time with filler more and more each season, Just get to the dang dancing! Another gripe I have is the choice of music they sometimes pick for dances. I can't think of one example this early, but when it is a Latin style dance, play Latin style and beat music. One season they even had people trying to dance to (C)rap. I thought Bristol looked clumsy and awkward last night, although I agree with Lily 316, she will probably be kept in by her mothers fans, I do think if the "stars" were kept around or sent home strictly for their abilities, she would be sent home tonight, but I don't expect it...yet.

How'd Melissa and Tony do? She's my favorite but hasn't been getting as much praise the last week or two.

Really enjoyed what I saw of it. Everyone has shown improvement, even the Rodeo Guy. But, he will/should be next to go.

What's the big sports Guys name. He isn't able to accomplish the term "light on your feet". But, he is always up for what goes next. I like his attitude.

Lawrence Taylor is the "big sports guy" -- a former NFL football player. He should rightfully be the next to go. Yes, he's "up for anything," but so is Ty (the rodeo guy), and Ty has improved so much more than Lawrence.

I enjoyed all the dancers last night...pretty good scores for each couple.

FYI: The show Castle comes on here after DWTS...I'm already such a fan.

They all did a great job last night. I loved the intricate foot work of Melissa and Tony's dance. Chuck can really move those hips LOL

Tony and Melissa did a wonderfully dramatic Argentine Tango. Not sure how accurate it was but it sure was pretty.

Our DD is an Argentine Tango dancer, I'll have to save the show for her to watch and judge next time she's over.

Linda, why don't you just set the DVR to record the whole series. That was if you forget you still have it recorded.
