Pump advise on new pool

We're building a new 25,000+ gallon pool. We have a spa overflow, two cascading waterfalls, 6 deck jets, 8 floor jets and other normal features.

I'm having trouble deciding how many and what kind of pumps I need.

2 pool companies recoommend a variable speed pump and that is it.

2 pool companies recommend 2 or 3 pumps. The company we signed our contract with recommended 3 wisperflo pumps. One for the pool, one for the spa and one for the water features?

I'm wondering if this is overkill? Do we need 3 pumps? Could we do with one variable speed and one wisperflo? We want maximum effects from the water features.

Thanks!
