Comments (3)If your PB is a Pro-Edge Dealer with Jandy and you buy all Jandy equipment and dont "mix and match" you will extend your warranty on the equipment to three years on everything. No questions asked. Both equipment manufacturer's extend the warranty if you buy everything from them. Comments (8)I've had the old style Colorlogics for 5 seasons and can't remember ever setting it on "white." Did you happen to compare depth of colors, etc? I don't see any need to upgrade but when these fail some future (hopefully distant) time I want to be in the know. thanks...Ralph...See MorePlease send me Pics of Intellibrite Lights
Comments (26)Nosabe, yes I installed the intellibrite into the incandecent housing? DIY with one of the pool builders assistant. It took about a couple of hrs. I had to get into the pool and it was a brisk 76deg but well worth it. The run in the conduit was about 80 feet and we had to cut into the pipe about half way because the wire snake was not long enough and it was hard pulling the wire due to many bends and the other ground wire that connects to the housing. Not a problem as the conduit was above the water level and we just put a splice in the conduit. I then put a parallel switch in the screened room as it is a big pain to go outside to turn and off the switch. I will be looking to install the intellibrite controller as this is easier to select the different light shows. I will post pics when I get a chance to take some night shots ( I keep forgetting because I am so excited about the lights and have been playing and getting mused to the different light shows) Hope this helps to all:)...See MoreStill trying to decide- Sam vs. Led
Comments (9)Another link for you, plus more feedback to help you out since you mentioned incandescent in another thread. When LEDs put out white light, all LEDs are on (red, green, and blue make white). That's one reason why LED white light rivals incandescent/halogen white lights that are 3 tiems higher in wattage. My PB offers he SAM, IntelliBrite, and Hayward ColorLogic for the same price: $575 upgrade. If you are like me, you'll go round and round with the LED vs. non-LED light. For all the money we are spending, we finally figured (after 2 months) what's another $1100 (PB through one in for free, so we bought a pool and spa LED)? If cost is the same, opt for the IntelliBrite over the SAM. SAM has a moving part (the color wheel) and that can fail over time. -Gorilla Here is a link that might be useful: Pentair IntelliBrite...See Morelanda_mac
