Mixing Metals, Stainless Apron, Polished Faucet??????

I am planning a traditional white kitchen. It's a galley.

We ordered white shaker style cabinets with some glass front doors. I am planning on getting polished chrome or nickel hardware, and for the countertop it looks like we are leaning toward either slate, or a granite that looks like soapstone. We will put in walnut stained hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, looking at GE Cafe or Bosch.

I want to do an apron front sink, but because of cost and also because of DH's fear that a white sink chips, scratches more easily, I was looking into stainless steel apron fronts.

I have a couple of questions.

1. Do you think it would be too modern with a bridge faucet? Would the polished faucet clash with the stainless steel apron?

2. The sink will be next to the DW, do you think the stainless steels will be noticeably different?

3. Would a fireclay or white sink in general REALLY chip?

4. If not, would I be able to find a fireclay white sink in the 500 dollar range? (my sink base is 36")

These are some pictures of the combination mixed metal faucet/sink although not exactly what I am describing.

Also, these are not the style kitchens I am going for.

I like willow's kitchen, lanugget, mamadadapaige style kitchens.

TIA!!
