I'm not Casey, but I see what you mean Patti. I think it is just that a lot of people have exactly 8 points and it probably puts you in the order that you played (or maybe just random) and not by how fast you played. Doesn't really seem fair at this point, but by the end of the month it won't make a difference. That's my explanation anyhow. :-)

Lydia, if the goal is to win on a given day, then no, it wouldn't be fair. But I think it works if the goal is to win for the month. That would be true I suppose IF the questions aren't mixed up... say the questions you get on Monday are the ones I get on Wednesday. But still... not really fair. I might do good at guessing on a day that I get a couple sports questions... but I end up getting 6 points cause I am slow and because that particular day a a lot of peeps get a easy group of questions. Now if I had got the sports questions on a day that most everyone else had got the sports questions and I had guessed correctly... I'd have been in the top few players. If you don't make the top 10 on any given day, you really aren't accumulating many points. So.... it really isn't fair anyhow... too many variables. That said... I think I did pretty good for the month of April. I happened to guess correctly on 2 sports questions today! Yay! Now who got a hockey question AND a archery question today??? Did you get those questions anytime this month? I really don't think we are getting the same questions throughout the month. I don't think I will ever beat you, Alisande or Casey or some of the other speedy geniuses... but I don't think the game is really completely fair unless we are getting the same questions on the same day.

I'm Casey here and there, but you probably already knew that. I don't know how I manage to get fast times, I just do! LOL Some tips that seem to help me: -scroll wheel on mouse -read quickly! LOL -you don't have to click in the little circle to pick your answer, clicking on the sentence is fine -if you don't know the answer don't spend time trying to figure it out. Just pick the first answer and often that's the correct one (but not always) Oh, and we also have the fastest internet available in our area. Later this month we are getting Fibre Op and it's supposed to be even faster. We will see.
