New Pool Contract - Help!

I'm going to throw out what I've got and hopefully you experts can tell me whether it's reasonable (or put another way, I'm not getting ripped off!).

First, let me say, this is from a referral and I've seen some of their work and it looks great...and with that said...and in no particular order...

389 sq ft, custom free form (31.5 x 15.5)

86 linear ft

depth 3.5 to 5'

27 linear ft spa

raised 18" with vanishing edge spillway

pool and spa with white marble plaster finish

Hayward filtering system

Two 2-hp Northsar pumps

Viper pool cleaner

400,000 btu hayward H-series Low NOX induced draft heater

6" Flagstone coping

custom steps and pool bench

2 Hayward automatic skimmers

6 directional pool returns

Hayward goldline chlorine generator (pool and spa are saltwter)

Aqua pod remote control

gunite foundation

4.5" bar bond beam

floor and walls 8" with 3/8" rebar

4" drain to street

8 area drain grates (4" sdr)

8-16' telescoping pole

35' vacuum

3 ton moss rock water fall (along backside of pool)

880 sq ft of Indian autumn slate including 6" raised deck area

LED lighting in pool and spa

misc city permits

A couple other factors that may or may not be considered...I am in Katy, Texas. Fully fenced yard but have an open lot next to me so access will not be an issue.

Cost is $55,000

Is there anything I am missing that I should ask for? Does this sound reasonable?
