Bathtub flow rate - in over my head

This is way over my head. I'm hoping if I give all the data, someone can set me straight.

Location: New master bath on 3rd flr of NYC row house.

Supply: New connection to main about 5 years ago.

New 1" line from meter about 1 year ago.

Cold supply: New 3/4" riser, rises up about 38' from main about 30' from the meter.

Hot supply: 1.5 year old Viessmann Vitocell EVI-300 hot water tank, 79 gals, stainless steel and guaranteed for life, fed by Veissmann boiler. Recovers fully in 10-15 minutes. Fed from HW tank by continous 3/4" loop with constant circulation provided by a small pump.

Tub: Capacity 165 gallons. But since a person must displace 20-40 gals and a jetted tub will never be filled to the water line, I figure I need at most 120-125 gallons to fill it, with a ratio of about 2 hot gals to one cold gal.

Fixtures:

Showerhead - Dornbracht Rainsky M.

Flow rate:

44 psi 9.2 gpm

58 psi 13.5 gpm (highest psi recommended)

73 psi 15.0 gpm

Dornbracht Kneipp hose (hard to explain, Germans use it for hydrotherapy, but we'll use it to water the plants and clean the tub)on its own 1/2" valve:

44 psi 8.5 gpm

58 psi 9.8 gpm (highest psi recommended)

73 psi 10.8 gpm

I do not know my psi, but house pressure seems good and all the piping is new.

My question is, assuming adequate psi from the main, will I really get flow rates like that that will fill my tub in around 5 minutes given my existing risers?

My second question is could this water pressure over time damage my new copper pipes?

Thanks for any insight.

Frank
