Wait a minute. Why are you ordering a water heater for your parents? What size heater do you have now? What hot water needs do they have? No sense having a bigger heater if it's just two people and nobody takes a big tub. But if they frequently complain of being out of hot water, then now is the time to get it fixed. Make sure the water heater is unplugged, and shut the water supply going into it off, and drain it. if it's leaking and you leave it online you may wake up with a flooded basement. And if you shut the water off and don't shut the power off, it's dangerous. Most importantly: call your parents!

This is my 3rd Thanksgiving alone. I went from cooking for 20+ people for 20 years to nothing after my divorce. While I was married all of my family passed away except my son who works today and my father who could give 2 you know whats. So even after 3 years I am so lost on Thanksgiving. Where for the week before and day of I was sooooo busy preparing and cooking to nothing. I wake up and realize I have not a darn thing to do today and it is just like every single other day. Seems so odd back then I prayed for someone to take over one Thanksgiving because I was exhausted from doing it every year now to I wish I had it to do again. Silly I know. Christmas is the exact same way for me. I used to host Christmas Eve open house with a Ham dinner and all the fixings, clean up that night and get up Christmas morning do the whole Christmas Dinner thing now again nothing. So Christmas I go to an amusement park and ride rollercoasters all day with my son and that is our new tradition,

I have Japanese Maples that have gone 2 weeks outdoors without watering in cooler weather, albeit smaller trees (12-15") in bigger (2-2 1/2 gallon) pots. My GM is quarter inch 1-1-1 Pine, granite, turface. You'd be surprised how much moisture GM holds. That being said, I don't know ficus and I don't want to be the one to give you bad advice that damages/kills your plant. I'd try to get someone to water them...if you can't, I'd turn the heat down as low as they will tolerate, cover the Top of the pot to prevent evaporation and put a curtain in the window to cut down or eliminate the amount of direct sunlight the receive.

Large amt of sands kick off the golf course. Whiter colors need more power washing...so I found two colors and I can't find much at all on the internet because I think they are newer SW colors! He did put Grecian Ivory up, but it was a bit light and not enough contrast with the trim. On the exterior the EAGLET BEIGE SW 7573 looked nice, yet I still don't know if it's too much yellow when painted on the entire house. He's painting a larger area for reference. Have you ever heard of ARRID SANDS HGSW3167? . OR if there is a better color that's a CREAMY/BEIGE with a hint of YELLOW undertone.I want to see more cream than beige. I have been looking for 2 weeks, and I can't seem to find the perfect color. I do like ALABASTER SW 7008 for the trim, PURE WHITE SW was too white. And, I like either TRICORN BLACK 6258 SW or URBANE BRONZE x 150 for the door. Any advice would be so appreciated!
