Craft of the day/week ?

Would anyone like me to post one several times a week?

I usually add them to "Lets Get Crafty" but for those that don't look there would you be interested in this?

Very nice, I always loved making crafts but there just does seem much interest anymore. I am sure it is all these imports from China that killed crafting.

But, if you have any interesting patterns that you would like to share, I would love to see them.

Hi Mojo, I was surprised to see Luvs mention my shutter shelf in this forum (thanks Luvs). I think your asking price for the shelf is correct. I paid $50 for mine at a country store in VT - and get this, it still had a bit of dirt on the back of it. (LOL) It was old and rustic and I wanted something different on my walls than just pictures. Didn't matter how much it was, when I saw it, I wanted it and it looks fantastic on my kitchen wall. I change the decorations for it to suit me, or the seasons. My kitchen decorating theme is roosters, so this first pic I'm posting is of my summer rooster theme. Two more pics in next posts. Sal Here is a link that might be useful:

Just got back from the small show up in the hills. Did over $200 and had a great time! Still not much Christmas sold - maybe four snowmen... I sold about ten potato bags, two aprons, 12 weiner washers( you can see them in my webshot album under the pics to post) and I sold 7 (all I made... Redneck midriff tank tops... Never thought they would sell there, but they were a hit!!! Bunny! 😂 I was asking my DH the same thing, nearly word for word. It’s so gross. I do dry my teeth first, but that just helps with the initial application. I actually start salivating before I even open the package. 😬 I will say — I’ve noticed a difference after a week of it. My problem is coffee and wine, and it’s working great on those. I’m so happy with the results ... just not being Drooly McDroolMouth every morning for 30 minutes.

I have been potting up more plants. I have grown basil the past few years because my grand daughter like it. Madge does not use it, but now that I have the urge to learn to cook, I think I will read a little about basil, if that stuff taste as good as it smells, I could get fat on it. I have been starting sweet basil, and rubin basil, that sweet basil swells heavenly, but I can see where the rubin basil could find its place also. I expect that I have at least 10 of each of the two. I don't see how you are going to cover your garden with insect netting, and make it work, I don't even do a good job at keeping the flies out of the house, and I think it would be a much harder job keeping insects out of the garden. Kim, what growing zone are you in? I have you pictured somewhere along the TX OK border. I can tell by the way you post that your weather is a little warmed than mine. My zone has changed a little, I think most have, I think now I am located on the border of 8a and 7b, but my microclimite puts me closer to 7b

I no longer do crafts but I do enjoy seeing what others are doing. That star is something I'd like to do! Thanks for posting.

I make these for the kids at easter.This one needs the eyes and nose on yet,This is one I made a couple yrs ago but still making them.Have 2 to finish before Sunday!
