I would keep a real close eye on his litter box duties to make sure everything was normal and he was going potty ok.
At first sign of trouble, I'd see my vet.

I will try to but w/ eight indoor cats and as many litter boxes, it will be difficult. I was thinking stomach acid would desolve it. Think of the stuff outdoor cats eat..including bones of animals..

Just be careful in the future. I have one cat that just loves tissue paper and, well, um, well, what you pull of a pad to reveal the sticky part. those things you pull off he eats so fast it would make your head spin. It took me twice to realize he viewed them as such a delicacy. He survived eating both of them, and they are way bigger than a wrapper.

He'll most likely poop it out, unchanged. Yeah, it's gross. Probably will not cause an obstruction because it's so pliable. But watch him just in case.

Outdoor cats don't eat bones.

They usually play with the mice or whatever until the mice are no longer moving. I don't even think it starts out as intentional killing, at least in the case of cats who are regularly fed indoor/outdoor cats.

My one cat constantly brings fully intact mice to the driveway next to my car or right to the front of the house. Occasionally, even on the front step. I have been told that this is a little present to me. I'd rather have a piece of jewlry if I had my choice:,) I am sure the paper will work its way out. Keep an eye on the box and the cat's bottom - sometimes things can require assistance in being extracted. You'll notice it right away, the cat will probably drag its butt after using the box or may spend unusually long time in the box. Those would be clues to me that something was going on.

my neighbors cat eats bones. favorite meal is the front half of a squirrl (gross) and it is not a matter of underfeeding either, she is always talking about having to spend 30.00 on his bag of food.
a wrapper should not hurt kitty, I have had things like that happen, scary at the time but nothing ever happened to them.

I think it probably depends on the size of the bones.

I can see that a cat wouldn't polish off a beef or maybe a big chicken bone, but mice & most birds have tiny little bones.

When I had outdoor kitties, they sometimes brought me "mouse pieces", usually heads or tails, but no bones from the "missing" areas, &, while I sometimes found feathers & an occasional head or wing, I never found bird bones either.
