Comments (13)Kathy, I have one of those can openers too. I love it because there are so many things you can make from the lids, and the cans. I have made snowmen with 3 sizes of lids. Made wind chimes withe both rusty and painted cans. Use 4 different sizes-large tomato sauce or pumpkin size and then go from there, as they fit inside each other, down to small evaporated milk cans. They go inside each other about 3 inches or so....See MoreListen Online to Some of the Coolest Wind Chimes Ever!
Comments (12)OK, "The Secret/Law Of Attraction" must be working for me, since yesterday a friend called and needed some computer work done, which earned me $70, then I went to eBay and they had the Soprano's for $55 (a lot better than the $80 retail price!), and after shipping, it came out to be $70.30! BTW, I decided on the Pentatonic/Soprano, since the further down the list I went, the more harmonic (and distorted for my taste) the sounds got for me. Now I need to attract the Westminster set to me! Here is a link that might be useful: Pentatonic/Soprano...See MoreWind Chimes
Comments (28)My neighbouhood might be odd, but we all seem to love the sound of wind chimes. One of our neighbours lost the oak tree in her backyard in the ice storm we had this winter. She always hung a wind chime from it, and all of us realized she had no more tree to hang it on when we didn't hear her beautiful chimes this Spring. So my next door neighbour (who lives in the house behind them) asked if she could hang if from her own tree so we could all still enjoy it. She happily agreed and we all get to hear the soft beautiful chimes when the wind picks up. I'd say it sounds most like this one:http://www.whimsicalwinds.com/p/Grace_Note_50_Inch_Petite_Steeple_Wind_Chime_Sunrise_Serenade.html#.U5j00uQg_IU...See Morebrutuses
