dh installed new standard electric water heater, but there is no hot water coming into the house. the tank has hot water in it!!! you can feel the heat... any ideas??? dh has double checked all instructions... is worried about the large amount of sediment that leaked from hoses when disconnecting the old water heater (only 4 years old) thanks...
