Share some ways you make sure you get enough veggies/fruit

I usually reach for bagged salads (baby spinach or romaine).
Canned fruit (so it's always in the cupboard), to eat with cottage cheese.
Zucchini in a ground chicken or chicken breast stir-fry.
Green beans w/salmon; roasted root vegetables.

But I need to increase the veggies, and the "good" fruits (ie, not too sugary).

What are some ways you do it?
(um, but not tomatoes!)
