Thank you Marie for missing me. I have been around. Keeping really busy since warm weather is now with us most of the time. The kids planted two more long rows of potatoes again last evening. That makes four of them, not planting any more though. Planted a couple rhubarb plants recently and some red raspberry plants. This morning we were with out power for an hour and 40 minutes. They notified us the night before we would be with out but it would only be for a half hour. Then Amber, Alyssa and I went to do our weekly shopping. No real bargains to be had at the grocery. We came home and got both of our groceries put away and took long rides around on the big rig with my Izzi and Amber's Yorkie, Lily. Alyssa has been really enjoying the rides. Yesterday I went along the paths we take and put some yard ornaments along the way and some artificial flowers, for her to see. She is always happy when we come up on them in the woods and here and there. I need to get out some bird houses I have and get those put up. So it is just the usual things going on around here. Oh, I am here. I have been baking a strawberry rhubarb pie. I also baked a black raspberry pie to take to a friend tomorrow. I had leftover berries and I baked them into a cobbler. The kitchen smells good. I have strawberries to clean and the kitchen to clean up and Izzi is going to get a bath. It is cloudy and damp out. The temperature in central Indiana is 64. Yesterday was a day of weekly shopping with Amber. Tomorrow is a trip with Cheryl to visit her Father in law. We also plan on going to the new Joann Fabrics and Hobby Lobby. Yes, I am still on here. Thanks for asking Marie. I have just been super busy. I have been moving kitchen and dining room furniture around and I have been taking all the dishes and things out of two big hutches. I also have been cleaning out a couple of freezers and emptying up one freezer that I am giving to daughter Terri. I still have a lot of work to do trying to get ready for a family dinner on Sunday. Yesterday afternoon was spent shopping with daughter Amber. We ate at Cracker Barrel and we both had the chicken and dumpling dinner. Really good. Today Amber and I are grocery shopping so not a lot of house work will be gotten done today. Tomorrow after a trip to the barn sale with Amber, daughter Cheryl is coming to help me with my house work and more moving of stuff. The temperature this morning before six was 80 degrees. The weather has been so hot and so humid! I hope everyone has a great day and try and keep cool. Sue
