What to make with lobster meat?

I just received a few cooked and chilled lobster tails and claws that should yield about 2/3 to 3/4 pound of meat. I'd like to use them for dinner tonight. By the time I arrive home from work, I won't have time for anything too involved like my first thought of lobster ravioli.

Any suggestions? I have basic pantry supplies and spices, fresh parsley, celery, lemons, onions, garlic, etc. I also have a couple of avocados but no bread on hand.
