Seasonal purse?

Have my spring/summer purse sitting on floor to change, but haven't just yet.

aimless-well not really? DH was so busy with gcing that he didn't want anything to do with the granite and that bugged me. He likes it but while I was busy sweating it out he didn't care or have time to care? For certain things like faucets and sinks it was a set it and forget it. I actually ordered on line the day after Thanksgiving (even that stuff is on sale) and what was done was done. I did change my mind on the 1/2 bath faucet but was able to cancel and order what I wanted. It was bugging me from the time I clicked 'submit order'. I was trying to be cost conscious and it was a little bit more. It is my favorite one. We did change our shingles at the last minute and so glad. We dodged a huge miss with that one. Funny though - now I work in the flooring industry (started at the tale end of our build) and thankfully I can honestly say I haven't seen anything that makes me regret the choices I made - I guess that's a good thing. ;) Granite-I read your other thread. I was choosing between 2 and neither were budget 'friendly'. I like what I have but I honestly think there are a few that I would have been very happy with. At the time though I tortured myself, lol. I would say if you already just feel meh, not really liking it then I probably wouldn't do it. It's too expensive at any level to just say okay to it if you already don't care for it so much. And just to freak you out a little more - I think they look different horizontal than vertical. I see things now that I didn't see then. Some that are wow so cool and a few - hmm didn't notice that before. Oh well. I picked out the exact slab at the stone yard. Confirmed visually that it's the one the fabricator ended up receiving and told him where to place the template. I'd do it that way again if it's any stone with movement or individual character. My slab had some really different sections. It was not homogenous at all. By the way - it is alaska white as well. I also liked river white too. So much beauty it's hard to choose just one! Hang in there. It will be okay in the end. The journey is the crazy roller coaster part. I wanted to jump a few times but I made sure I had my seat belt on and a bag of chocolate at all times.

"Sleep medicine" is one of the newer and growing medical specialities. Unless y'all live in a very rural or remote location, there's likely to be such practitioners at your nearby medical or university center . Poor sleep can lead to a long list of serious (and sometimes fatal) medical problems. Everyone needs enough restful sleep and advancing age can complicate the picture. Problems like chronic insomnia or spending the night tossing are common but none the less can adversely affect your health. If you don't get restful sleep or find yourself feeling sleepy or unalert at times during the day, see a sleep doctor.

I got into daylilies many years ago when the Wayside Gardens catalog arrived and had a very "sale friendly" picture of Clothed in Glory in it. Deep lavender base surrounded by a white bubbly edge. It was like I had been taken to another planet full of alien daylilies. I had Happy Days, Pardon Me, Pandora's Box, all good growers, but none with the beauty of that face. Hasn't changed much for me. I grow one UF, a few doubles, and some minis, but give me those contrasting ruffles/bubbles on a full face, make it colorfast/sunfast, and I'm back on my alien daylily planet once again................Maryl

I get almost no spam calls on my cell phone, but I also turn it off at night and then turn in back on in the morning when I feel like it. I think it is turned off most of the time, and I figure the battery will last longer that way. I tend not to answer numbers that I do not recognize, but sometimes these calls are from doctors' offices, and I have to call them back. When I first moved to Culver City, I had a phone number that was either previously owned by Larry Welk or was very similar, and on my voice mail, I said "Please leave a message for Larry" because I used that name instead of Lars back then. At one point I started getting a lot of voice mail messages from companies trying to sell me insurance for my helicopter because Larry Welk was a news helicopter pilot for Channel 13. (Larry Welk was/is Lawrence Welk's son, in case you have heard of him.) Finally, to stop the voice mail messages, I changed my greeting to say "Hello, you have reached 310-xxx-xxxx, the house of no Lawrence Welk music. If you think you have reached this number in error, please take two Geritol and dial again in the morning." After having that message on my answering machine, the insurance companies stopped calling me, but my mother got mad because she liked Lawrence Welk and made me change the message.

No, I just carry a clutch type wallet and I need to get a new one, because the old one is worn out, but can't find another one just like it.

I just use the same brown back pack purse year round. Will hate it, when it wears out.

Yes, I bought a new purse and wallet several weeks ago. I love changing purses seasonally.

yes. I got a new purse for Christmas and I just love it, BUT, I was in Macy's a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with a lavender soft leather cross body/shoulder bag. I switched as soon as I got it home. I love bags and shoes, but haven't been able to wear shoes for the last few years. However I can wear sandals and just bought a new pair of white wedge sandals for church. Already have a white bag to go with them.

I switch purses frequently, depending on my mood. I love a variety! And yes, I've moved to a purse that feels springier, it's a bright coral color. I have several others waiting ... one is turquoise, another is hot pink & white, and still another is light pink & brown. There's a whole shelf of purses ... LOL.

Nope don't carry one,just carry a wallet,unless i have to go to a dr and need my recorder,book to read etc,then i take a tote bag.

I just carry the same black backpack style purse year round. I always browse through the pretty spring & summer purses this time of year, but I never buy one.

Have been using the same purse for about 4-5 years now.

I've never had a purse that's so perfect--the main compartment has a zipper. There are a number of pockets on the front--one is perfect for my cell phone, one holds my pocket watch, one has my supply of aspirin, etc,. There's a zipper pocket inside that's perfect for the keys to the 'other' house. It's a nice size, but not too huge. Brown leather. It's got large brass rings between the purse and the shoulder strap--where I clip my keys (I got a brass hook thing in the hardware store).

Sadly, it's on it's last legs and I've looked in dozens of stores, can't find anything I like, at a decent price. Keep telling DH, I'll be using that bag until it completely falls apart (which may not be far off--LOL)

I don't do seasonal....I change purses all the time. Probably every month or so.

But I'm really enjoying the one I'm carrying this time...who knows I might carry it longer.

Like Azzalea, I too have a nice size brown leather hobo type bag with large brass rings and a magnetic closure that I use all year long. It works with everything.

It has a small inside zipper pocket for keys, phone, etc.
I have separate clear cosmetic bags inside organized with meds, cosmetics, etc. The only other thing inside is my wallet. It's really easy to find everything I need.

I used to change bags frequently, but not anymore.
