Jus or Sauce from Demi-Glace?

Hi Everyone!

I will be serving Prime Rib and Yorkshire pudding to 12 quests, and I would like to make the accompanying sauce in advance.

I was given some "Demi-Glace Gold" made by More Than Gourmet. Can I simply reconstitute this for Jus and call it a day?

Or should I make a sauce with it?

I looked for recipes on the maker's web site. Would one of these be a good sauce to serve with the Roast and Puddings? Can they all be made in advance?

Classic Bordelaise Sauce

Marchand de Vin Sauce

Red Wine and Peppercorn Sauce
