Toto Drake innards orientation

I finally gave up on my original Drake tank and the plumbing supply kindly swapped it for a new one. Before putting it on the bowl, I removed the giant flush valve nut and sanded the tank surface, then put everything back. When I did this, I think I screwed up the orientation of the flush apparatus -- sorry, I am very bad with what's the flush valve, what's the fill valve, what's the ballcock, etc, feel free to tell me -- which is now at 1 o'clock instead of 3 o'clock, if that makes sense. Is this going to cause problems in the future? The white hinge-type thing that the pink flapper is on, one end of it is actually butting up against the tank wall. I am worried this will come back to bite me if I don't take the tank off again, take off the nut, reorient, and put it all back. Any advice welcome.

(The good news is, the new tank is not leaking!)
