Toilet doesn't flush...Vent clog??

Love the site, many great ideas here. Have been reading lots of posts but haven't found one quite like the problem I am having. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have 3 new toilets in a 2 year old house. Jaccuzi toilets, not top of line but not the cheapest either. All 3 toilets clog up and will not flush (not at the same time). Usually a light plunge will fix, and the toilet will flush for a while again. Sometimes it takes a pretty vigurous plunge to free up.

Also, noticed the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom had water spots. Went into the attic and found the drain vent stack was leaking at a 90 degree elbow. I thought maybe rain is coming into the pipe from the roof, but the water is leaking on the high side of the vent pipe. If it is rain water, it is making it to the elbow and going backwards out of the joint (which doesn't seem to make sense unless the pipe is cracked).

I don't know if these two problems are related or not. Any thoughts from anybody out there?

Thanks
