I'm a frequent reader here but wanted to officially introduce myself. My favorite subjects are my kids.

(these photos are nothing special--just basic snapshots)

I shoot w/ a Canon Rebel Xti.

Are you in Texas? My wife is from Galveston, but, we live in minnesota.
I just have a point and shoot Kodak but would like to upgrade. One camera I've been looking at is the SLR Canons. How do you like yours?

Yes, I do live in Texas but I'm in the far Western part of the state. I absolutely love my Canon! It is perfect for my shooting & post-processing style. Good luck in your camera-buying decision.

Hello, Juanita! Why no responses here? Too bad. I love your post. I got into photography while taking pictures of my roses and daylilies and garden and now am doing bird photography. It is a lot harder than flowers but I love it. I took a photography class last year but it was a bit advanced for me at that time. Now I have a different camera, a Nikon, which I use for everything but birds. My Canon SX50 can't be beat for birding so I am sticking with that for now. I just may take the Photoshop class as I need to do better with it. Hope someone else sees this post and responds. Kathy near Sacramento

Welcome Suzanne, my name is Anne from the southern most city in Canada which is even south of the US border. haha when I was a kid I wanted to be called Anne Louise Lulabelle. I would love to have a chicken or two. My Grandfather had a chicken coop and it was fun collecting the eggs and feeding them. He also raised and raced homing pigeons. Rhizo, I like that name Dorie.

What size pulls are those you used? They look like 8". How big are the drawers that he said needed 2 pulls? I was hoping to do all 6" pulls on my drawers. I love your hardware so much I think I am going to return my unused hardware and go with the ones you used. Another project to tackle but who's counting anymore?!? Lol. So, my largest drawers stacks are 28" wide (30 inch cabinet). If you see this could you suggest what size handle you think that would need? Thanks in advance!

Ok HU how much are you spending on the nutrients. That's always a sticking point. How often do you change that nutrient. As for pictures what happened to your need for "video". An posting some pictures that can be gotten anywhere in the cloud. So I know your posting for some reason but change the subject everytime you get "uncomfortable" with the answers.

You have really cute children. Maybe we will see more of them. We have a Canon Rebel EOS then noticed most people bought the XT. But ours makes good pictures even though I don't really use all the functions.
