You should ensure that you make at least one transaction per account per year to ensure that your accounts are not assumed to be abandoned. It's a pain, but very important. I think the only laws more archaic and convoluted than banking laws are liquor laws.

Yes I totally get it with privacy issues! There is a thread here about Lady Banks doing very well in a parking lot where they hedge trim regularly and it bloomed every spring. So either they just don’t trim in the winter since it doesn’t grow much then or maybe they cut off some potential blooms but not all of them. I think the key to them looking good was very regular hedging though, which means over time lots more shoots sprout but since more of them they don’t throw 12 foot canes or maybe they try but trimming regularly nips them back before they start.

Does it have to be freestanding? IMO that’s the opposite of comfortable. Can it be a drop-in with a decking surround? That’s really comfy because it’s easier to get in and out, there’s a nice ledge to put your candle, products and tea cup or wine glass on, and it’s easier to clean.

We’re looking for a Modern OUTDOOR Sectional for the deck. Canadian climate (-30 to +36C), no sun/rain cover from above (but can be covered for the snowy winter). Ideally Aluminum given durability. Definitely no Wicker/Plastic Wicker as I absolutely hate that look. Goal would be to be able to comfortably lay down but as well to sit. Long and low pillows desired but not mandatory. Generally prefer low over high. Below some examples. Thanks so much!

If you are familiar with Texas, Ellinger is roughly halfway between Houston and San Antonio.

Love photos of old, abandoned buildings. How old is it? It seems to have a tin roof.

Thanks. The town was moved to it's present location in 1880, from two miles away, to be close to the recently laid railroad.

I assume it was built sometime shortly after. The roof was redone with tin at a later date. Originally, it was probably made from wood shingles.

It was surrounded by buildings, once, but now it stands alone.
