Mister Lincoln and his naked legs..,
Comments (10)Thank you everyone for the good thoughts on Mr. Lincoln and those long skinny legs. Laura I'll think about those varieties also for coverage. I love Salvia so that's perfect. Karl: On the winter dieback. Are you talking about when ML dies to the ground? Ours really didn't die back much at all. Some blackening of the tips was about all. So it sounds like I should cut him back a lot more either this fall or next spring. Buford very nice picture. Appreciate that. Hmm, so maybe I don't have to wait for the end of the season to reduce ML by say half or so. It is really tall now, about up to my shoulder (and I'm rather tall myself). Your Mister Lincoln looks really good. May I ask what rose is just to the right of him? Again thanks for all your thoughts. Hoov I will try your pick me up on this rose and maybe a couple of others of the fish emulsion and extra water. I have one or two that could use a lift. Comments (4)I think your girlfriend may be trying to get you into a more professional, mature, trendy style. I've seen guys go from long ponytail to bob, and they looked great, especially when they started wearing their beard shorter along with it (for those who wore beards). I do not know what kind of work you do but a bob may give you a more professional, serious look and enhance your move up the career ladder. Image is everything, at work. Since it is your girlfriend's suggestion to try a bob, why not ask her to recommend a haircutter. Most women have a favorite and also have a list of who NOT to go to. For a big change in appearance a haircutter will want you to make an appointment for a consultation first. It is not a good idea just to walk into a place cold, and ask for a big makeover to be done by a stranger cutting your hair. It puts too much stress in them. Some places will charge you for a consultation and some will let you drop by during their of hours to discuss the makeover....See MoreHelp! Clueless Young Male! Help!
Comments (4)Thanks, sometimes I get myself in trouble because no one can see my tongue in my cheek in posts. I could not resist responding to "girly". wstjean42, just pick a light color that you like, how about white? You can do the walls in a light color and the ceiling in white....See MoreHelp! Comments (21)I really like the stone. I would keep it. I think the wood front door goes very well with it. I would consider changing the post and railings to wood stained instead of white paint. I think you need to have windows in your master so I would add that to your renovation budget. I would scale back on the plants - I just realized you have a fountain in there. Keep your favorites and give some space for mulch which can add another color layer. Good luck!...See Morejoepyeweed
