Oh, I ain't going anywhere. Every house I've looked at has had the most GAWDAWFUL bathrooms, so there's surely at least one more bathroom remodel in my future! LOL There are lots of cabinetmakers up here who are willing to do inset doors. Crown Point, Black Cove, Kennebec, Thomas Moser are all within two hours' drive of me, and there are lots of less-famous types. Maybe it's a New England thing. Unfortunately, they will charge you an arm and a leg and your firstborn child. I would do any number of evil things for a kitchen like the one I linked to above, but that's only, oh, easily $75,000 worth of cabinetry! (Frankly, I can't even imagine being able to scrounge up more than about a third of that to pay for an entire kitchen renovation, unless I won the lottery jackpot. My budget is more like Ikea, and they were mean and dropped their inset style. Feh.) Someone was kind enough last year to give me some pictures showing a way to fake inset cabinets using trim pieces and decorative end panels on frameless cabinets - . Look very carefully at the closest cabinet.

False. But you can not buy parts directly from Dacor. You have to go through one of their parts distributors. Where I live, the distributor is an outfit called Marcone. They have several different numbers in our area, but all are routed to a single call center. I have ordered a few parts from them for our ERD-36 range. If they have them in stock it takes a couple of days. If they need to get the part from Dacor, it takes 7-10 days. If you really really need it, Dacor can drop ship it to you in a day or two. Be prepared to pay huge extra shipping charges though.

I use 'Acronis True Image'with a desktop and an external drive. The Acronis 'Secure Zone'(backup) is on the external. In fact, had some problems today and restored my entire drive in about 20 minutes. You can use Acronis 'Snap Restore' which will allow you to start using the drive while it is backing up (backs up critical system files while you're working). It's not free but the time it has saved me in restoring my PC was well worth the price. Witz You can buy it online or 'box'version at one of the major stores.
