Seedling ID: catnip (Nepeta) or Agastache ?

I don’t know how these came to be in my planter that had pansies in it last year. At first I thought they were anise scented agastache, but cannot dected any anise fragrance. I have had both plants growing in my gardens. Can anyone identify these seedlings? I have to move them so make room for petunias. The odor seems rank, like catnip. I suppose I can take them to a vet’s office or cat shelter to test them out. Here kitty kitty kitty….

Knowing more about cats than I do photography, the saying "harder than herding cats" comes to mind. My cat consistently does the opposite of anything it thinks I want it to do.

It must have required either a little planning and alot of patience, or a lot of luck. Either way, the capturing of it was great camera work!
