Hi Ken, "you left a sheet of plastic outside the front door for a whole season ... ????" Yup. "i bet you were the talk of the neighborhood.. and your guests ..." I've been the talk of the neighborhood the day I started chopping down trees. "welllll .. the invited guests already know you have issues.. especially in regard to hosta.. so i suppose.. no harm there ..." Right. "but what did the neighbors think about all that ..." This place was a grown over mess when I bought it. Anything in the name of progress...even the plastic...was good news to them. rotflmbo .. "hey .. its a great idea .. whatever works .. works ... who cares what others think .." Right! And, not sure how much I'll get to plant this season in the spot due to some changes in my routines, but I can say the root & seed kill worked. Nothing sprouting there since the initial spring roundup to finish off the incidental sprouts. Gayle

As soon as my hands heal I will start another project. I had bleeding knuckles and punctured paws. I do not have a saw or grinder yet. I've got to pay some dues just starting out. OUCHHH, whine, whine. I can not imagine being at the place where some of you guys are. Looking at your stuff amazes me. Slow- you just blow my mind. And the rest of you do too. I am not new to crafting but this was a large step for me. I broke so many plates I feel like I've been to a greek wedding!!!! OOUUPAAAAAA ya'll!
