I feel the same way as Paul - there's something special about that last photo. And it has sold me on getting a brunnera! I've been holding off... saving all my money for hostas. :)

Wonderful bold bright washes of color everywhere Pauline, I love your gardens! It's all so beautiful and so neat and orderly, no weeds in your gardens. I did love the shot of the deer eating the rose blooms though, that was thoughtful of you to fill them up and maybe they won't come on in:) I'm sure they appreciated the extra bounty. Thanks for showing us so much, I'm sure you have other areas you haven't covered. Maybe when winter hits and you're not so busy you'll catch us with some blooms and bush pics:) That'd be a treat too:) I'm glad your holiday was such a treat with a gorgeous center piece like you had. Kathleen, Congratulations on the new grandson. Little gdau will learn early how to survive and win in a mostly male household. ;~) Your table setting is so pretty and what a great idea to use the rocking horse ornaments as napkin rings. I have to admit I went out last week looking for some, but didn't have any luck. And I love your Santa candleholder. And those plaid napkins! I am so into plaid this Christmas. LOL And your dinner looks delicious.

When I bought ready-cut tiles my favorite places were, as D3 mentioned, Mosaicartsupply. His sheets of vitreous glass are the least expensive I've seen, and he has them in lots of colors. Mirror tiles were from Mosaics by Maria. She has wonderful colors and lots of sizes. I cut my own tiles now - mostly from Spectrum. ROSIE and I recently visited a SG store in Little Rock, where we found a plethora of other glass, but I mostly stuck w/Spectrum and bought LOTS of the colored mirror sheets. When Hobby Lobby has glass on sale, I buy there. I use a LOT of jewelry in my projects, and other found objects - washers, keys, buckles, whatever. I have picked up things in parking lots, on the street, wherever I can find whatever to put in my work. Anything except plastic is fair game for me to mosaic on. I, along w/CALAMITY, KLINGER and ROSIE, went to Mexico for a workshop w/Riana and learned to build our own objects to mosaic. It was very satisfying to make something from scratch recently, and I plan to do more of that kind of work in the future, rather than searching out things to buy. Once you start, your ideas w/multiply rapidly, and you'll not be able to keep up w/your lists.
