(This is Bandit the Rescue Dog. We got him from a rescue organization when he was 5. Now he's 11 and still a total joy to us. Sweet, loving, funny clown. He could not be a better dog and it's unbelieveable to us that someone abandoned him.)

That is a lovely arrangement with the statue, love that chair! Never was that big on calladiums?, but they look really pretty like that. The real dog is cuter though.

Well, for what its worth, Eddie, the sleeping Beagle, is the first and only dog I've ever bought (at young son's encouragement). All the rest were from acquaintences or were pound puppies.

I firmly believe muts/pound puppies, etc., are of much better temperment, dog in and dog out, than most pedicured dogs now days.

I agree with you about the dogs of mixed parentage being better temperament. Thanks for the pictures. Nice.
