Cake flour 'substitute' ???

I've been working my way through a few recipes of molten chocolate lava cake to find the best one for a friend's birthday in February (oh the sacrifice! ha ha) and the next recipe I'm making calls for one-fourth cup of cake flour.

Since I don't have any cake flour, is there anything I can *add or do* to regular all-purpose flour, or should I just buy the smallest bag possible of cake flour?
