Recipes for things to be eaten one-handed?

Adnama

A classmate of mine just had a baby. (Her first.) Another classmate is coming over on Wednesday so we can cook for her. (Things to freeze, mostly.) I had my baby last year and I remember that the majority of my diet for the first three months were items I could eat while breastfeeding. Things that wouldn't burn the baby if I dropped it on his little piggy, constantly nursing, beautiful head. I lived on sandwiches, raw fruit and veggies, and rolls.

Any ideas or recipes for things to cook for our friend? We're planning to freeze most of what we make so it can be eaten when they need it. Other than muffins and biscuits, what could we make that would be freezeable and manageable with an armful of baby? (Or maybe this is just the true secret to how "breastfeeding helps you lose the baby weight?")

Thanks,

Amanda
